Bigg Boss Tamil:
The Indian Tamil version of Bigg Boss, Bigg Boss Tamil aired five seasons and was hosted by Kamal Haasan. The series was aired on Star Vijay and streamed on Disney + Hotstar.
This show Follows the pattern of Big Brother created by Endemol in the Netherlands. Unlike the original Big Brother, Bigg Boss Tamil features celebrities and ordinary contestants also. Contestants should live in a Bigg boss house under constant surveillance of cameras and microphones and the house is isolated from the world. The Bigg boss house has no TV, no mobile phones, no internet connection, no clocks, pen or paper. The house has a set of rules and regulations.

Tasks and Challenges: The Housemates are required to engage in household chores and are assigned some tasks and challenges by Bigg Boss. These tasks are designed to test the team spirit of housemates.
Luxury budget: In addition to the essential food items provided, the luxury budget provides some points for the purchase of luxury food items. The Luxury budget depends on the outcome of the tasks provided.
Show Winner: Every week a housemate is “evicted” from the house based on the audience voting. During the final week, Only four or five housemates can get their votes from the audience to determine the winner.
Broadcasts: The daily episodes highlight the major events of the previous day, while the weekend episodes cover the discussion on the major issues of the week and the interviews with the evicted housemates by the host.
Bigg Boss Ultimate:
In Short, BB ultimate is the digital version of the Tamil Language Reality show Bigg Boss aired exclusively on Disney + Hotstar, hosted by Kamal Haasan From Week 1 to 3 and continued by Silambarasan (Week 3-present). Apart from the main TV series, The winner of the BB Ultimate will receive the cash prize of ₹20 lakh and the “Ultimate Edition” trophy. Unlike the original 1 hour show, BB Ultimate is a non-stop show 24/7. The Ultimate Edition lasts only 56 days and 8 weeks per season.
Broadcasts: This version does not have a television broadcast; Instead, it will be fully streamed online for 24 × 7 coverage on Disney + Hotstar. The main coverage episodes of 1.30 hours will air daily on Disney + Hotstar at 9:00 pm.
